Standard delivery includes ground-floor offloading. For upper-floor delivery of heavy laboratory equipment, additional lifting equipment or manpower may be required at an additional fee.
All shipments are insured. If you notice any damage upon delivery, note it on the delivery receipt immediately and contact our team within 48 hours. We will arrange for inspection and either repair or replace the damaged equipment at no cost.
County delivery fees range from KES 5,000 to KES 15,000 and are determined by the destination county, the size and weight of your equipment, and any special handling requirements.
